佳木斯大学留学生公寓管理规定

佳木斯大学留学生公寓管理规定

一、按照留学生教育学院规定的住宿标准安排住宿,未经允许不得私自调房。

二、入住时出示护照,收取备品押金300元/人、房卡押金50元/张(必交),公用厨房储藏柜钥匙押金10元/把(自愿)。

三、入住留学生应遵守公寓管理的各项制度,服从和配合大学各部门例行的各项检查,如房间卫生、公寓设施设备运行情况、安全及防火检查等。

四、入住房间时,请和服务员一起检查房间的备品情况,做好登记并签字确认。学习结束时,备品没有损坏或丢失,如数返还押金;如有损坏或丢失,照价赔偿。

五、遵守作息时间,晚间在23:00点前归寝(周五、周六延长一个半小时)。如有特殊情况不能按时归寝,应事先征得值班人员的同意,并做好登记。注意个人的人身和财产安全,严禁留宿他人。严禁在外边如网吧、迪厅过夜。经常无故不归寝和晚归寝者,视情节给予纪律处分。

六、留学生严禁跳窗进出,如发生意外,后果自负。

七、保持公寓楼内安静,不得影响他人的工作、学习和休息。严禁在房间、楼梯间、电梯间、走廊等公共场所聚集、喧哗、大声播放音乐和做体育运动。

八、严禁食用违禁药品,严禁赌博、酗酒、看黄色影视节目,登陆黄色网站。

十、爱护留学生公寓设施。不得随意搬动、改装房间内设施和物品,如有损坏或丢失应照价赔偿。对故意损坏设施和物品的,照价赔偿并处罚金。

十一、严禁在公寓内饲养宠物。如有不听劝说者,强行拿走,情节严重的,予以纪律处分。

十二、要尊重服务员劳动,保持房间、公共卫生清洁。不乱扔乱堆杂物、不随地吐痰、吐口香糖,不乱扔烟头、果皮、纸屑。严禁向窗外乱抛废弃物。

十三、不准在墙壁、门窗及公寓内物品上乱涂乱画、乱钉钉子、粘贴各种饰物。保持房间内外清洁,个人物品要清洁干净、摆放整齐,经常保持地面清洁、窗明几净,养成良好的卫生习惯,严防传染疾病的发生。不准在房间内拉绳子凉晒衣物。垃圾扔到指定地点,不准乱泼脏水、不准往手盆、便池倒剩饭、剩菜或其它生活用品,因个人原因造成下水堵塞,个人承担维修费用。

十四、外来人员或来访人员出入公寓必须严格履行登记手续、出示有效证件(护照、身份证、军(士)官证、工作证等),必须在22:00前离开,否则一律清退。

十五、个人重要物品妥善保管,房间内严禁存放大量现金,出门时要关好门窗,如因个人疏忽造成丢失,责任自负。

十六、不准携带易燃、易爆化学物品,管制刀具进入留学生公寓。不准在公寓内燃放烟花爆竹。严禁在床上吸烟。

十七、不准在房间内使用明火和各种规定以外的电加热设备。不准在房间内使用电暖气、电褥子、电熨斗等电热器具。

十八、不准在消防安全疏散通道和消防设施上堆积杂物。

十九、未经批准,不要在房间内安装传真机,影印机。

二十、严禁在房间内做饭,一经发现,所有厨具全部没收,不予退还。在公用厨房使用的厨具必须符合国家安全标准。使用电磁炉、微波炉,必须使用专用器皿,使用时不能离人。使用后关闭电源。

二十一、严禁乱动电表、配电器和消防器材。严禁动用和破坏监控设施。

二十二、出门时要关闭好水龙头,以防跑水。

二十三、留学生不得在上课时间在公寓内逗留,有事或有病必须出示请假条。否则公寓管理人员有权将其请出公寓。

二十四、违反以上规定的,留学生教育学院将根据情节轻重给予纪律处分。触犯法律的,将追究其刑事责任。

Regulations on the Management of International Students’ Apartments

1.All international students who will stay at International Students’ Apartment(ISA) of Jiamusi University(JU) must Comply with the Accommodation standards that given by Admission Office,all the students can’t change room without permission.

2.When checking in, international students should offer passport,everybody RMB300 as a deposit for the facilities in their rooms,RMB50 for a key(Must pay),RMB10 for a set of keys to the cupboard in a shared kitchen(Volunteer).

3.International students must observe all the rules and regulations of management of ISA. obedience and cooperation are needed when managerial staff from relevant departments conduct their routine inspections: sanitary inspection, inspection on the operating conditions of facilities, safety inspection and fire-prevention inspection.

4.Students are suggested to inspect their room facilities with attendants when moving in, register properly and confirm by signing. At the end of their program, at JU, all their deposits will be refunded if their room facilities are not damaged or lost. Any damage or loss of the room facilities will be compensated according their actual values.

5.To keep to the daily schedule, students are required to return to their rooms before 23:00(Friday and Saturday extend by one and a half hour).Those who do not return on time on particular cases should ask for permission from the on-duty managerial clerk and register with him/her in advance. They should be cautious with their personal and property safety. It is forbidden to accommodate others for the night or to stay outside overnight in such places as net bars or discotheques. Those who do not return to their rooms or come back late frequently without proper excuses will be fines or punished according to the seriousness of their cases.

6.It is forbidden for students to go in and out of their rooms through windows. If accidents happen, relevant consequences should be borne by themselves.

7.Quiet should be kept in the apartment building in order not to disturb others’ study or rest. Students are not allowed to assemble, make noises, play music loudly, and take athletic sports in their rooms or in public places like stair wells, gates of elevators or corridors.

8.It is forbidden to take ban-violating drugs, gamble, drink excessively, watch pornographic programs or log in pornographic websites.

9.Take good care of the facilities in the apartment. Don’t move or refit the facilities and items in their rooms at will. Any damage to or loss of the facilities and items should be compensated according to their actual values. Fine will be added for intentional damage to the facilities and items.

10.Keeping pets in their apartments is not allowed. For those who disregard the rules, their pets will be taken away forcibly. Punishments and fine will be given to those in serious cases.

11.Students should respect attendants’ work and keep their rooms and surroundings clean. They should not leave about or pile up sundries at random, spit or spit chewing gums, leave about butts, fruit skins and wastepaper. Throwing wastes on windows is also forbidden.

12.It is prohibited for students to scrabble, hammer nails or stick decorations on the wall, the door, the window and facilities in their apartments, They should keep both inside and outside of the room clean. To prevent themselves from contagions, they should form a good hygienic habit of keeping their personal items clean and tidy and always keep the floors and windows of their rooms clean. They are not allowed to hang up ropes to air their wet clothes in their rooms. Rubbish should be put at the appointed spot, It is forbidden to splash sewage, throw leftover or other living wastes to the hand basins and urinals. Students should bear the maintenance costs if sewers are blocked due to the above –mentioned reasons.

13.Visitors must register in required procedures when they go in and out of the apartment building. They should show their valid documents such as passports, ID cards, certificates of officers or employees’ cards. Visitors must leave the building before 22:00,or they will be forces to leave.

14.Students should take good care of private valuables and do not keep large sums of cash in their rooms. Be sure to close the door and the windows before leaving rooms. Losses should be borne by themselves due to their own negligence.

15.Students are forbidden to bring flammable and explosive chemicals and controlled knives into their apartments. They are not allowed to set off fireworks and crackers or smoke in bed.

16.Employment of direct fire and electric appliances against regulations are prohibited in their rooms. Electric heaters, electric carpets and electric irons are not allowed to be used in their room.

17.Students are not allowed to pile up sundries on escape corridors and fire-fighting devices.

18.Without permission of the International Students Office, students are not allowed to install faxes and photocopiers in their rooms.

19.Students are not permitted to cook in their rooms. Once found, all the electric cookers will be confiscated without return. The cookers used in shared kitchens must be qualified and up to China’s national security standards. Special utensils should be sued when using induction coolers and microwave ovens. When cooling, students should not leave the kitchen. Power supply should be cut off after use.

20.Students are not permitted to fiddle with ammeters, distributors or fire-prevention facilities. They are strictly prohibited to employ or destroy monitoring apparatuses.

21.International students should turn off the tap when they out of their room,to prevent water out.

22.International students can’t stay in the apartment during class time. The students must show the paper of the register for leave,Otherwise the accommodation management have right to ask them out of the building.

23.If international students against one of the requirements above,International Students Education College will give them a fine and disciplinary sanction according to the seriousness of the case.If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
